As a senior property consultant , you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate in Dubai. 1.Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and objectives. Property Promotion: Actively promote available properties to potential buyers and renters, showcasing their unique features and advantages.
2.Property Search: Assist clients in identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and providing comprehensive information.
3.Negotiation: Negotiate property transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
4.Documentation: Prepare and review sales and lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
5.Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
6.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
7.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.

1.Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a related sales role in the real estate sector.
