1. Assisting Agent upon request on the following tasks:

3. Prepare NOC and Esign with the Owner
4. Generate RERA PERMIT for every published ads
5. CRM inventory management (monitoring the availability of the inventory to keep the inventory updated)
6. Ads publishing documents verification
7. Draft tenancy contract, MOU, invoice, and acknowledgment receipt for deals
8. Once the agent closes any deal, make sure the deal closure task has been completed, Portfolio Executive will be the one to request the accountant to release the commission based on the deal closure task status
9. Developer & bulk landlord registration

1. Regular back of the server, Email, CRM

3. In charge of any hard or software issues with any electronic devices such as computers, TV, Printer, etc

5. Any new order of adding and changing the function of the CRM or Website request from the Agent must be approved by management.

1. Handling of visas for Doo Property brokers and property management include portal, online, and off-line tasks
2. Driving the newly joined agent for property viewing by advanced car booking
3. Taking care of company car service, maintenance, Salik, and washing registration renewing.
